Refund Policy

Guidelines for transaction adjustments

1. No Transversal of Transactions

Due to the nature of blockchain technology, once a cryptocurrency transaction has been confirmed on the network, it cannot be reversed. Dino Exchange cannot provide refunds for completed blockchain transactions.

2. Platform Fees

Fees paid for platform services, including trading fees and withdrawal fees, are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or completed.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving platform errors or technical failures, Dino Exchange may, at its sole discretion, review a refund request. Such requests must be submitted to support within 48 hours of the incident.

4. P2P Trade Disputes

Disputes in P2P trading are handled through our escrow system. Refunds or reversals in P2P trades are only possible if the seller has not yet released the assets and an admin intervenes during a dispute.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a fiat-to-crypto deposit, your account may be suspended and your assets frozen until the dispute is resolved.
